    The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and include all accompanying accessories and instructions.
    The item must be returned within the 30-day return period.

  2. Return and Exchange Process

    If you decide to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

    Step 2: Obtain Return Authorization
    Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization, confirming the validity of your return request and providing the return address and specific return instructions.
    Step 3: Prepare the Return
    When preparing your return, please ensure the item is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. Ensure the return authorization information is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
    Step 4: Ship the Item Back

    Step 5: Wait for Refund Processing
    Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the refund conditions, the refund processing time is generally 5-10 business days. The refund will be processed according to your original payment method.
